A visionary entrepreneur who bought over a 25yo haircare business, with the ambition to relaunch a professional haircare line that would stand out in the highly competitive North American market. The goal: to create a brand that seamlessly combines clean beauty standards with salon-level results.

We developed the full brand DNA for Quism, shaping its identity, values, and positioning within the clean-professional haircare space. The first collection was designed as a lineup of nine products covering shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling essentials - all formulated with more than 92% natural-origin ingredients. Each product was created to deliver professional performance while respecting the principles of clean beauty.

Fragrance played an important role in supporting the sensory identity of the brand, with bespoke development ensuring consistency across the entire line. Packaging was designed with sustainability at its core, using recyclable and refillable solutions that align with consumer expectations and reinforce the brand’s long-term vision.

From concept creation to formula development, fragrance design, and packaging engineering, we coordinated every stage of the process with our trusted network of suppliers. By managing each step with precision and creativity, we ensured that Quism emerged as a cohesive, distinctive, and market-ready brand.

My role was to build an entirely new brand from the ground up, including its concept, mission, and positioning, while developing a complete product line that would deliver both performance and sustainability. The collection needed to embody professional expertise, clean formulations, and eco-conscious packaging in a way that would resonate with today’s beauty consumer.
